We have upgraded to a new billing system, running WHMCS. The new system is more streamlined, and has more features than our previous system, and it looks great too.
Existing customers may notice changes in how billing and email notifications work. We are only migrating over currently active products and services, so expired and cancelled services from prior to the migration will not appear in the new system. Invoice numbers and ticket numbers are also starting over and may duplicate old invoice and ticket numbers.
We are also combining our support into one ticket system, so multiple WisTex brands will now use the same ticket system. This will make it easier to manage support requests and should result in faster, more streamlined service.
